We ship worldwide! All shipping costs will be available at check out.

All duties, customs, taxes and all other costs associated with receiving the shipment for international deliveries are at buyer's responsibility.

Return and Exchange policy

  • For UK:

If you reside in the UK, you can request a refund or exchange of your order placed with Maison Vivienne within fourteen (14) days of the date of delivery.  In this case you have to send a retraction notice to the following address: Maison Vivienne, Point West 641 116 Cromwell Road, SW7 4XF, London, UK. All returns must be consulted with Maison Vivienne beforehand and include a returns reference which should be included with the item prior to being sent back. Items must be returned in their original "as sold" condition. Items which are sold with a Maison Vivienne tag, must be returned with the tag still attached to the item. If the tag is removed from the item or if the tag is damaged, the item cannot be returned under this return policy. As part of our returns procedure, all items have to be inspected by our in-house experts to verify and confirm the original "as sold" condition of such item. Items returned that are damaged or stained or whose condition has deviated from the “as sold” condition (scratches, missing boxes etc) will be refused. We cannot accept the return of items that have been engraved, altered or personalised. Maison Vivienne will provide a full refund or exchange should you receive a faulty item or if you are unsatisfied with your purchase. This does not apply to faults or damages caused by neglect, accident or misuse.

Your payment will be refunded, excluding the delivery cost, upon the safe receipt of the items, and following inspection at the earliest possible opportunity and confirmation sent to you via email, but please allow up to 10 working days for funds to show in your account. The shipping costs and return costs are the responsibility of the buyer. In case of exchanges, the shipping costs of the second shipment will be invoiced to the buyer. The cost of return and any handling costs are the responsibility of the buyer, the buyer is also responsible for transport and loss of product, and therefore we advise you to insure the product you wish to return to Maison Vivienne.Indeed, the risks and responsibility for the goods purchased shall be transferred to Maison Vivienne at the time and place of delivery.

Any customs or duty charges incurred at the time of the original order are final and will not be refunded.
